The public site is intentionally designed with a small data footprint and no advertising or behavioural-tracking layer.
The staging and intended production website does not require visitor accounts, broker credentials or access to Sarvasvam’s research systems.
Information we may receive.
Direct communications
If you email Sarvasvam, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, organisation and message content. Do not transmit passwords, API keys, trading credentials or other secrets.
Technical logs
Hosting and security providers may process ordinary request metadata needed to deliver and secure the website, such as IP address, user agent, timestamps and requested resources, subject to their own infrastructure and contractual terms.
Cookies and analytics
The V7 public site is designed without third-party advertising pixels, behavioural analytics SDKs or marketing cookies by default. If that posture changes, this notice and any required consent mechanism should be updated before deployment.
Purpose and retention
Information received through direct correspondence may be used to respond to enquiries, maintain business records, protect the firm and meet legal obligations. Retention should be proportionate to those purposes.
